**INSIDE SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR**

The Inside Sales/Customer Service Co-ordinator provides quoting and product knowledge expertise. To current, new and future customers. They guide and support customers on their experience with our various brands. As the Inside Sales Specialist is responsible to ensure that every customer has an excellent customer service experience. As a valued member of our sales service team, you will deliver this type of excellent service and provide solutions to our **B2B** clientele. _This is not a remote position_. French is an asset, though not a requirement

**Internal Practices & Processes**
- Creating/Prepping with accuracy of quotes
- Onboarding of Customers
- Working with outside sales team
- Data entry of orders into order system and ensure orders are shipped on time
- Be knowledgeable of company products and policies and procedures
- Follow up on order status and expedite when required
- Ensure necessary due diligence to support the accuracy of all customer transactions

**Creating valued Customer Experience**
- Answer in-bound calls from customers in a professional, clear and courteous manner
- Ensure customer requests are handled to completion in a timely fashion
- Manage the day-today relationship of customer accounts
- Ensure customer problems and complaints are handled appropriately, escalating issues when necessary
- Respond to customer product inquiries

**Develop and With the Team / Teamwork**
- Contribute to a positive working environment
- Liaise between customers, sales representatives and administration
- Coordinate with warehouse for shipping of orders, using WMS Software

**Qualifications**
- Excellent English communication skills is a necessity
- 2 years or more hands-on customer service experience in a B2B environment
- Preferred post-secondary education
- **Computer literacy, MS Office (EXCEL) is a must**
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and detail oriented
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Comfortable and proficient with basic math skills
- Able to learn quickly and maintain a high-level of product knowledge
- Able to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Takes initiative - acts and pre-emptively solves problems
- Flexibility - adapts to different challenges and enjoys multi-tasking
- Able to work with sometimes disagreeable customers in a professional manner
- Overtime as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

- Microsoft Excel: 5 years (preferred)
- B2B-customer service: 2 years (required)
