**PREFERENCE **to have Medical / Business Office Administration Experience / Education**

**Responsibilities and Duties include**:

- Faxing and scanning medical documents through EMR system
- Assigning appointments to appropriate team members
- Reviewing and filing faxes
- Virtually triaging patients appointments by appointment details
- Reviewing and rectifying patients concerns
- Complete daily tasks assigned during each shift

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Completion of a Medical / Business Assistant program preferred
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records System (EMR) preferred
- Experience within a Clinic or Administrative setting preferred

**Medical/Vision/Dental benefits offered after 6 months of fulltime employment**

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Accuro EMR: 1 year (preferred)
- Medical Clinic: 1 year (preferred)
- Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
