Temporary Office Assistant

Yaletown Accounting is a small boutique accounting office in the heart of Yaletown. We are looking for an Office Assistant to help us during tax season. This position would suit someone looking for a jump start in an office environment as well as someone who enjoys working in a smaller team environment. Our mission is to make taxes easy, painless and affordable for everyone.
**Main responsibilities of this position include**:
Data entry setup of client tax return info using Adobe, Intuit Profile and CRA online
Sending client’s copies of paperwork as requested
Greet and assist walk in clients and courier drivers
Answer phone calls to assist client questions
Pickup and drop off mail and packages
Order water and maintain office supplies
Maintain digital filing system
Totalling tax slips using Excel
Assist the Admin Assistant with social media posts, google reviews and website updates
Providing general clerical support to the office as needed

**The details**:
This is a temporary, full-time role (January to May, there is flexibility on start and end dates) working from our office in Yaletown. Office hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. There is no option for working from home.
Salary range for this position is $3,000 to $3,750 monthly. No health benefits are offered for this position.
