Reports To: Head Chef & Sous-Chef
**Wage: $20 - $22 + tips**
Hours: Morning Shifts. Full-time hours available.
Job Overview:
- A Cook is the heartbeat of the kitchen and reports directly to the Sous Chefs and Head Chef. We are looking for energetic additions to the team with a passion for beer and food.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee food preparation and par levels in the restaurant
- Create and execute daily prep list
- Assist in line set and service as needed
- Perform cleaning duties and delegate cleaning and preparation tasks as needed
- Maintain walk in organization (labels, dates, over all cleanliness)
- Maintain safety standards for all equipment, and maintain a clean and orderly kitchen including sweeping, mopping floors, washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash
- Receive and put away any orders and notify Chef of any discrepancies or poor product
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
Experience working in a similar role/environment is definitely a huge asset, but not required. We are looking for people who are motivated and willing to learn, along side our (already) awesome team members.

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
