**About the Role**
Reporting to the Manager, Internal Appeals, the Team Support Internal Appeals provides a broad range of administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

In this role, you will perform such duties as handling and resolving inquiries about the status of appeals, reproducing clients' files, removing information that is not relevant to the appealable issue, recording and monitoring statistics, and interacting extensively with internal and external customers to resolve inquiries. You will also be providing administrative support activities including, but not limited to distributing mail, drafting mail, drafting routine correspondence, and completing form letters.

You will possess a successful completion of an Office Administration or Business Administration program plus a minimum of one year experience working in customer service environment. You are proficient with office software such as, MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and various types of office equipment. Experience working in a legal or medical office would be an advantage.

We offer a competitive compensation package including a salary range of $42,367 to $52,958.
