**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook menu items following recipes, portion guidelines, and quality standards.
- Set up and stock workstations with necessary ingredients, utensils, and equipment.
- Ensure food is cooked and presented properly, maintaining consistency in taste and appearance.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Work efficiently in a high-volume setting, coordinating with other kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation.
- Monitor food stock levels and report shortages to kitchen management.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen inventory.
- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
- Assist in cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations at the end of shifts.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and kitchen best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
