**Responsibilities**:

- Plan all phases of the construction project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
- Communicate with clients and delivers project progress reports.
- Develop and adhere to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan.
- Makes sure projects are aligned with agreed-upon plans.
- Collaborate with the Site Supervisor and Project Coordinator to ensure the schedule and deliverables of the project.
- Ensure the order of necessary supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Obtains all necessary permits.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, electricians, and other specialists.
- Monitor and guide compliance with building and safety regulations collaborating with the relevant internal and external resources.
- Update schedules, track progress, and document project progression.
- Ensure the timely completion of the project to build client trust while avoiding unnecessary penalties.
- Ability to manage and mitigate risks.

**Your Qualifications & Skills Include**
- A proven work experience in **project management of ICI, retail commercial / projects**, new build and Airport experience an asset.
- The ability to build **strong relationships** with clients, project team members and contractors.
- The ability to lead a team by being an **effective communicator** and fostering a team environment where all those with project responsibilities work well together.
- Excellent **time management and organization skills**.
- **Critical-thinking and problem-solving**.
- Competent in conflict and crisis management.
- **Excellent at budgeting**.
- Experience using **Microsoft Project**.
- Education in construction management, engineering, architecture or a related degree.
- **Valid Health & Safety certifications**.
- Project Management certification, an asset.
- **Min 5 years** of construction project management experience.
