The Clearance Rack is a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment that provides exceptional value and service to our customers. We take pride in offering a clean, organized, and customer-friendly shopping experience. We are currently looking for dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Retail Associates.
**Position Overview**
As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining store presentation, assisting customers, handling stock, and supporting daily store operations. This is a physically active role that requires attention to detail, punctuality, and adherence to safety protocols.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Restock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain a clean sales floor
- Load and unload products and manage backroom organization
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Adhere to all workplace policies, including timekeeping and break policies
- Complete tasks as assigned by supervisors or management
**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in retail, warehouse, or customer service is an asset
- Ability to lift and move merchandise and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain a high level of workplace conduct
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including holidays such as Boxing Day
