As an Account Manager/Sales, you'll be the primary contact for clients, guiding them from initial discovery to successful implementation and ongoing support. Your role involves understanding client needs, proposing tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication and support. We're looking for a generalist who's comfortable communicating with engineers, 3D artists and CAD technicians, as well as our customers' sales and marketing teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Discovery Calls**: Initiate and conduct discovery calls with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and expectations.
- **Client Relations**: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- **Coordination with the 3D Team**: Collaborate closely with the 3D team to coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources. Provide guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of 3D projects.
- **QA of 3D Team Deliverables**: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on 3D team deliverables to ensure they meet the client's specifications and quality standards.
- **Client Success Management**: Proactively manage client relationships post-project completion. Conduct follow-up interviews, meetings, and reviews to gather feedback, track KPIs, and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
- **Collaboration with Designers**: Collaborate with our design team to create engaging videos, testimonials, and other marketing materials to support client success initiatives.
- **Trade Shows Representation**: Represent our company at industry trade shows and events. Engage with attendees, showcase our products/services, and generate leads through meaningful interactions.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, understand their technical requirements, and effectively convey complex concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships from initial discovery through implementation and ongoing support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and success.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of exceeding sales targets, driving customer retention, and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, sales tools, and collaboration software
