What You'll Do

As a Pest Control Technician, every day brings new challenges. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Educating clients on our services and solutions
- Selling pest control products and maintenance programs
- Diagnosing and resolving pest issues in various environments
- Following Integrated Pest Management (IPM) protocols
- Maintaining equipment and company vehicles in top condition

What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-motivated with keen attention to detail

Ideal Traits & Experience:

- Sales or customer service experience
- Basic understanding of residential and commercial structures
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using modern systems and tools

Industry-Specific Requirements:

- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
- No allergies to wasps/hornets
- Facial hair must allow for a proper respirator fit
