Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Traffic Controller to join our team. As a Traffic Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient flow of traffic in construction zones. This is a vital position that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills.

**Duties**:

- Direct traffic and ensure the safe movement of vehicles through construction zones
- Set up and maintain traffic control devices, such as signs, cones, and barriers
- Communicate with construction crews and drivers to provide clear instructions and guidance
- Monitor traffic conditions and adjust traffic control measures as needed
- Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency personnel when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of traffic control activities

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Traffic Controller or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with traffic control regulations and procedures
- Proficient in operating heavy equipment such as trucks or forklifts
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and traffic control diagrams
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with construction crews, drivers, and other stakeholders

**Skills**:Note: All positions at our company are paid positions, including internships.

Pay: $17.82-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
