**Summary**:
Reporting to the IT Ecommerce Manager, Technology, the Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for developing and executing software test plans to identify software defects and their causes. They will be responsible for testing activities focused on product functionality, performance, reliability, stability, and compatibility of product lines. This position is fast-paced and ever changing, requiring flexibility, initiative, and regular management of changing priorities. Occasional night and weekend work is required within the position.

**Location**:
This position is a hybrid role that allows for 2 days of remote work and 3 days in the office. The office is located at 25 De Beats Street, Winnipeg, MB.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures.
- Test system modifications to prepare for implementation.
- Document software defects using a bug tracking system and report defects to software developers and project managers.
- Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates.
- Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, completeness, or to mitigate risks.
- Participate in product design reviews, providing input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
- Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes.
- Other duties assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Post secondary degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience working as a Quality Analyst, Quality Tester or in a similar role
- Experience with test automation tools
- Proficient in testing methodologies, tools and frameworks
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software
