**Job description**

Role and Responsibilities
1. Food Preparation
I. Ensure that prep tables are stocked, and additional prep is kept in storage
fridges.
II. Ensure coffee, teas and soft drink fridge are stocked throughout the course of
the day.
III. Ensure that all food items for customers are being prepared according to café
standards.
2. Café Cleanliness
I. Clean tables and ensure dirty plates and cutlery and brought to kitchen
II. Wipe down tables and sweep floors as required
III. Wipe down all high-traffic surfaces regularly
IV. Check cleanliness of bathrooms daily and address as required
3. Customer Service
I. Address all customers in a prompt and respectful manner when they enter the
café
4. Till & POS System
II. Ensure proper handling of cash and credit when taking and processing orders
III. Adept handling of the POS system

nights and possible holidays.

- Ability to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

- Expertly handles the preparation of beverages, food products

and handling of cash.

Pay: From $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 14 per week
