**Key areas of responsibility**

In addition to these duties and in partnership with our Field Services Dispatcher you will also assist with the onboarding of the new partner and their dispatch to client sites to act as a trusted liaison for Fully Managed in markets where we don’t have available talent.

Key areas of responsibility:
Technical Sourcer:

- Coordinating with Hiring Managers to determine position requirements
- Organizing and conducting online interviews
- Creating talent pipelines for current and future hires including cold calling activities
- Measuring and recording conversion rates

Field Services Dispatcher:

- Ensuring that the team is properly scheduled and utilized as well as working efficiently and following FM procedures
- Dispatching FMoD partners to client sites as required
- Communicates directly with the clients to ensure scheduling needs are met and to gather feedback from clients as needed
- Working with standardized operating procedures or creating new ones when necessary
- Ensuring the “Customer Experience” and “Today-not-Tomorrow” scores meet company expectations
- Contributing in daily team huddles for idea generation and success sharing
- Other duties as required

**Skill & Knowledge Requirements**

We're flexible but these are a must:

- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Previous experience as a technical sourcer or placement agent
- Strong customer service and customer relation skills
- Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
- Must be personable, friendly and approachable
- Self-motivated, well organized and able to take ownership
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Previous experience in Managed Services considered an asset
- Post-secondary education in Information Technology (or equivalent) with industry experience.

**Assets**:

- Understanding of the Managed Services Industry
- Strong IT knowledge
