**HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE (RESPONSIBILITIES)**
- Act as the primary point of contact for all dispatch-related communications.
- Transmit messages to drivers in a clear and timely manner.
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and timely coordination of trucking services to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery schedules.
- Monitor and track the progress of trucking services, addressing delays or issues.
- Provide updates on delivery status and address customer inquiries.
- Take appropriate action in response to unexpected issues or changes in project plans.
- Utilize technical proficiency for efficient data entry and communication.

**DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES? (REQUIREMENTS)**
- Proven experience in dispatching materials and/or equipment is an asset.
- Familiarity with trucking operations and logistics is considered an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication in a diverse work environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure and make decisions using sound judgment and critical thinking.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Technical proficiency, including fast typing and data entry skills.
- Highly proficient in English (oral and written).
- Willingness to work a 10/4 schedule rotation with on-call availability 24/7 during rotations.
