You have strong communication and English skills and have the ability to work under pressure along with a knack for problem-solving while dealing with information from multiple sources. You are customer service oriented, well mannered, professional, detail oriented with advanced technical skills.

The **TOW TRUCK DISPATCHER** will be responsible to coordinate the activities of our drivers, maintain communication with drivers and customers, and ensure all the necessary details are communicated to both parties in a timely and effective manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer all lines and assist customers, drivers and other divisions.
- Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of multiple drivers and equipment.
- Monitor drivers check in’s/check out’s during shifts.
- Accurately records and documents information from customers and/or drivers.
- Process payments received (handling cash, Point of Sale machines).
- Sorting and filing of documents, entering information into various systems.
- Perform any other general duties as assigned.

**Required Skills**:

- **Previous Dispatch of Tow Trucks is mandatory.**:

- Ability to read instructions, follow written policies and procedures and take direction.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with strong English skills.
- Ability to maintain concentration and mental alertness in a variety of situations.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining great attention to details.
- Knowledge of street and road systems in Edmonton and surrounding areas
- **WE ARE A 24/7 365 DAY A YEAR OPERATION. CANDIDATES MUST BE FLEXIBLE IN TERMS OF AVAILABILITY (DAYS, EVENINGS, WEEKENDS).**_
