**-**_**Janitorial duties**:_
- Cleaning duties - vacuuming, mopping, cleaning restrooms, lobbies etc
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs of repair
- Make adjustments and minor repairs
- Stock and maintain supply rooms and work vehicle
- Be able to problem solve and maintain cleaning equipment
- Cooperate with rest of the staff and be a team player
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Must have a smart phone to clock in and out from website
- Wear and operate back pack and upright vacuums and other assorted equipment
- May also be scheduled to do other tasks such as outdoor maintenance
