**Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage the reservations team to ensure efficient booking processes and high-quality guest service.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and assist guests with their reservations.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and modifications in the rental management system.
- Taking care of vehicle maintenace and service intervals.
- Collaborate with other departments such as front desk.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in customer service, phone etiquette, and hospitality standards.
- Address guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze reservation trends and rates to utilize the fleet effeciently.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a hospitality role, particularly within car rental management or front desk operations.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.

Pay: $47,923.90-$69,612.59 per year
