**Job Description**:
The UAP support team is currently looking for a technician. We are looking for an individual who is versatile, has good computer skills. You must also be fluently bilingual (50% of support is in English) and above all demonstrate superior customer service.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Respond to requests or questions concerning computers problem;
- Update the database of requests and solutions made on each call;
- Provide administrative support to other team members;
- Respond to requests or inquiries made to the store support group;
- Perform triage of requests and solutions on each call;
- Solve problems and answer questions from users across the company;
- Guide and train users to better use the system;
- Maintain our computers up to date;
- Provide after-hours support on an alternative basis;
- Maintain links with other systems support groups.
**Qualifications**:
To join our team, you need:
- College diploma;
- 1 to 2 years of experience offering user support;
- Knowledge of Office 365
- Bilingualism essential (oral and written);
- Knowledge of PCs and Windows 10, Active Directory, SCCM
- Customer focused, ability to listen, problem solving, autonomy, interpersonal communication skills, patience.
