As we continue to grow, we are looking for a **Sales Administration Coordinator** to join the Softlanding team.
**About the Role**
The Sales Administration Coordinator of National Sales Operations is responsible for supporting the National Director of Sales Operations with general sales operations activities and administrative functions..
**What You Will Do**
- Processing orders, creating Sales Orders, & working with sales reps for required edits
- Being first point of contact for all sales admin related questions & issues
- Maintaining CPQ quote templates & colleterial
- Managing regional MDF budget with my direction
- Managing regional webinars & tradeshows with my direction & in coordination with national marketing
- Executing on business development initiatives including lead generation & nurturing with my direction
**What We Are Looking For**
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Sales administrative functions
- Intermediate proficiency with demonstrated experience utilizing office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
- Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) both internally and externally
- Demonstrated customer service focus and client communication skills
