**We are recruiting for September 2025**

The Prep Montessori Daycare, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, is looking for **4 Full-Time Child Care Assistants (CCA)**to be Teaching Assistants in our Infant, Early Preschool and Preschool Programs.

You will be a part of a dynamic group of educators comprising of Early Childhood Educators (II & III), Experienced Montessori Teachers, and Trained Child Care Assistants.

**Your job description is to**:

- Provide a warm, caring and safe environment for all the children in your care
- Follow all the policies and procedures of The Prep
- Communicate with parents & colleagues in person, over the phone, and via an app
- Attend monthly staff meetings
- Complete daily cleaning duties as assigned

**You will take direction from and report to**:

- Your classroom's Teacher, The Prep's Supervisor, Office Manager, and Director.

**You must possess the following (BEFORE APPLYING)**:

- A CCA designation in Manitoba
- Proof of completion of an ELCC approved 40-hour course in Child Care
- A Valid First Aid/CPR Certificate
- A Clean Criminal Record Check
- A Clean Child Abuse Registry Check

The wage for this position is**:$18**an hour.
