Taking Care is the on-site Child and Parent Development Centre of Taking Charge Our centre is known for providing high quality care for children and exceeding regulatory expectations. We have a dynamic team environment that fosters personal growth and teamwork.

Taking Care has an immediate need for a full time casual Child Care Assistant, which could lead to a permanent position.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with infants, toddlers and preschool children
- Certified in Emergency First Aid / Infant Child CPR
- Will be required to obtain a Criminal Record/Vulnerable Sector Search and Child Registry Check with Clearance
- CCA Certification
- 40hr early childhood course is an asset
- Knowledge of emergent curriculum
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Imagination, inventiveness and individuality are welcome in this supportive team environment
- Flexible and able to work in a high paced environment.
- Experience in a daycare facility is required.

Salary will commensurate with education and experience.
