**What We Expect You To Do**:

- To report directly to the Senior Human Resources Manager on an ongoing basis and communicate all relevant matters pertaining to recruitment, Onboarding, HR Linc administration and general HR administration
- Responsible for providing Recruitment support to all teams located across Canada including but not limited to the offices and facilities in Ontario, Quebec and Alberta. (Multi-site support across GTA)
- Conduct ongoing research to identify job boards, posting sites, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, and other relevant associations to further drive the Lincoln Brand and build a talent pipeline
- Develop and execute recruiting plans
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees
- To implement diversity recruiting strategies for all requisitions and pipeline building activities
- Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers; advise of recruiting policies and procedures
- To maintain all the recruitment data updated, including reports for managers and leaders
- To perform updates on HR Linc and maintain other confidential personnel files updated
- To prepare and organize job descriptions, employment letters and training records
- To participate in other HR initiatives as required such as handle HR inquiries, general HR Administration, Corporate policies and procedures, events etc
- To participate, when required, on disciplinary meetings, investigations, coaching sessions, etc
- To conduct any general duties, specific projects and responsibilities as assigned, or required by the Senior Human Resources Manager in a timely and professional manner.

**What We Expect You To Have**:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources
- Previous Recruitment experience - 2 years preferred
- Ability to travel within GTA and Canada (multi-site support)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communications skills, verbal and written
- Excellent judgment and discretion in managing highly sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to work both independently or in a team environment
- Strong organizational and administrative skills and attention to detail
- Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
- Ability to build and maintain superior relationships with internal and external clients at all levels
