**Required skills and experience to be successful in this role**:
- Minimum of 10 years full-cycle bookkeeping experience, including year end preparation
- Experience with QBO / QuickBooks Desktop / Xero
- Experience with Dext / Hubdoc, an asset
- Experience managing GST/HST and PST
- Experience reviewing the work of others
- Experience with Budgeting and Forecasting, an asset
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Detail oriented and accurate in task and completion
- Ability to work with, and improve, disorganized records
- Experience working in the Microsoft Office Suite of products, an asset
- Experience in a multi-client environment, an asset
**About you**:
- Willingness to learn and adapt to change
- Possess a positive, can-do attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience coaching and supporting team members
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Patience and a sense of humour are essential
- CPB (Certified Professional Bookkeeper) designation, a strong asset
