**Required Skills and Experience to Succeed in this Role**
- Minimum of 5 years of full cycle bookkeeping experience, including year end preparation
- Experience with QBO / Xero / QuickBooks Desktop
- Experience with Dext, an asset
- Experience managing GST and PST
- Ability to review and understand financial statements
- Experience reviewing files for consistency and accuracy
- Experience preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
- Understands bookkeeping for sole proprietors and incorporated businesses
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work with, and improve, disorganized records
- Experience leading a team is a definite asset
- Payroll experience would also be an asset
