Onsite customer visits
- Developing new sales
- Account management (existing)
- Relationship cultivation and development with existing accounts, new growth, in-person visits
- Formulation of own ISP (Individual Sales Plan) and goal setting
- Market research analysis
- Pricing / quotation formulation
- Order formulation (production schedules, invoicing, shipping)
- Maintain accounts receivable for existing accounts in good standing
- Industry trade shows exhibitions
- Perform inventory check and update records
- Other administrative tasks as requested
- Resolving customer issues and product complaints

**Specific Skills**:

- Interpersonal and communication skills for client presentations
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skill in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Willing to learn new skills and knowledge

**Qualification and Requirement**:

- Valid BC Drivers License
- Canadian passport/PR, valid travel status to the US.
- Physical activity: must be able to lift 30lbs inventory
- 5-year B2B sales experience

**Education**:

- Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

**Job type**:

- Full time
- Mon-Fri
- Overnight travel will be required.

**Compensation**:
$50K base with 1.0% commission on all new growth for new accounts only (“new accounts” are

considered for 2 years) to account for existing account management, sales effort & process, and

character, reliability, work ethic, and work attitude.
