We are recruiting for a self-motivated, team minded full time associate lawyer to join our growing team. We are seeking an individual with an excellent work ethic; thrives in a fast paced and demanding environment with the proven ability to exceed client expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attract, retain and service clients to our firm’s standard in the areas of **Corporate Commercial Law and Real Estate**:

- Prepare legal documents, advise clients as to legal rights and practice other areas of law
- Interprets laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses
- Managing an assigned case load with mínimal supervision as well as assisting a senior lawyer with various files

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience
- Prior experience in **Corporate Commercial Law and Real Estate**:

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Professional communication skills
- Analytical thinking/judgment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility
- Client service orientation
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language
