We’re seeking an Associate Lawyer to join our team, ideally with **1-5 years of experience in real estate and/or corporate law**. However, we also welcome:

- **Newly called lawyers** with a strong interest in these areas, and
- **Lawyers currently practicing in other areas** who are looking to transition into real estate or corporate law.

We offer comprehensive training, mentorship, and a collaborative environment to support your growth and success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attract, retain and service clients to our firm’s standard in the areas of **Corporate Commercial Law and Real Estate**:

- Prepare legal documents, advise clients as to legal rights and practice other areas of law
- Interprets laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses
- Managing an assigned case load with mínimal supervision as well as assisting a senior lawyer with various files

- Attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility
- Client service orientation
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language
