**Real Estate ISA (Inside Sales Agent)**

As an **Inside Sales Agen**t with Constantine & Co., you will rigorously prospect for and qualify buyer and seller leads as well as set appointments for the listing specialist and buyer specialist.
This will be a mostly in-person role where you will spend the majority of your time on the phone with potential clients. Comprehensive training as well as ongoing coaching and plenty of resources will be provided to help you reach your personal and professional goals.
**Responsibilities**
- Inbound/outbound calling
- Appointment coordination and scheduling
- Build and manage the sales pipeline throughout the sales cycle via our CRM
**Qualifications**
- Exceptional Communication skills
- Persuasive phone presence
- Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficient with technology
- Sales and/or call center experience
- Real estate experience is an asset but not required
**Salary**
To be discussed
**Salary**: $30,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
