Brenco Industries is a leading provider of high-quality metal cutting, bending, and fabrication solutions. We are seeking dedicated Metal Processing Equipment Operators to join our team.

The standard schedule for this position is 2:00pm - midnight, Monday to Thursday.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret work orders and shop drawings, following verbal instructions.
- Operate a variety of metal processing equipment, primarily CNC laser, plasma and waterjet cutting machines.
- Measure finished parts using tape measures and calipers; clean, count, and stack completed items.
- Operate cranes and forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, performing basic maintenance as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in metalwork or manufacturing is preferred, but not required.
- Willingness to learn; training on equipment and safety protocols will be provided.
- Basic understanding of measurements, especially in Imperial units (inches, feet, fractions).
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working collaboratively with a team.
- Good attendance and reliability are crucial.
- Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
