Office Administrator/ Physiotherapy Assistant

As a Physiotherapy Assistant this individual will be required to complete various tasks for the Practitioner as well as for the the other staff and clinic as a whole. The Physio Assistant will be required to help with patient care during busy times and will also be required to help with admin work when needed. Working knowledge of OCF MVA forms and/or EHC/WSIB will be asset. Fluency in English and being a friendly team player are pluses. Must be efficient and work with minimum direction. Maintain patient files, making appointments, confirming and following up with clients inputting payments in accordance with guidelines and procedures are some of the tasks that will be performed. Previous experience working with scheduling software would be an asset. **Job Type**: Both Full-time and Part-time opportunities available. Work Remotely - No **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time Part-time hours: 20-40 per week **Salary**: $16.00-$19.00 per hour Schedule: - 10 hour shift - 12 hour shift - 8 hour shift - Every Weekend - Monday to Friday - Weekend availability Work Location: In person
