At Revital Health, you will be supporting our Accounts Coordinator and administrative teamwith data entry and bookkeeping responsibilities. **Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:
- Support the Accounts Coordinator with accurate and timely data entry of financial andadministrative records.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including organizing and verifying financial transactions.
- Compile and maintain spreadsheets and financial tracking logs in Microsoft Excel.
- Help prepare month-end financial summaries and assist in reporting.
- Maintain up-to-date and organized documentation using SharePoint and other internal systems.
- Cross-reference data for accuracy and flag discrepancies for correction.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, organizing reports, and data transfers.
- Collaborate with team members across multiple clinics to gather and enter required
information.
- Contribute to the organization’s intake and operational processes by maintaining
consistency in reporting and administrative coordination.
**Qualifications**:
- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (in progress or completed).
- 1+ year of experience in data entry, bookkeeping, or accounting support roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment.
- Experience with SharePoint, QuickBooks, and other accounting software is considered an asset.
- You must be legally able to work in Canada.
- An enthusiasm and willingness to learn new things is a must
