HR Coordinator, Job Requirements
Processing employee records in the GTW employee system (Workday);
Responsible for timely documentation of employee interactions using GTW database;
Work in line with business processes and policies;
Work to deadlines to reduce risk and unnecessary costs to the business;
Work closely with HRBP team to provide timely support to GTW Employees, Supervisors and Managers;
Support any special projects as needed.

**HR Coordinator, Key Qualifications**:
Education in Human Resources or related discipline; or equivalent experience;
1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources role;
Detail oriented; ability to complete transactions with accuracy;
Excellent time management; ability to prioritize and process a high volume of transactions;
Strong proficiency with Word and Excel;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment;
Active designation with the HRPA, or working toward is an asset;
Experience working in Workday is an asset;
Excellent communication skills with a positive work approach;
Fully bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
