**Key Job responsibilities**:
As part of a commercial aircraft program, we are looking for an Air Systems technical lead for support in development and integration of Pneumatics, Air conditioning and anti-ice systems

**Technical Scope**:

- Notice Of Change analysis
- Technical documentation review / update
- Development activities

oReception and lead of the activities

oReview and validation of all suppliers documents

oCoordination with specialists
- PCR

oSupport or lead change process phase from Kick-Off to Change Control Board depending on activities

oAct as PCR project Leader during the whole implementation phase

oWriting of DCPIA for contribution on another WP PCR

oAttend to meeting/ review documents under air system responsibility
- Support to the development/design team

**Management Scope**:

- Technical focal point representing Capgemini onsite with the client, providing technical solution on Air Systems development, estimations, schedule
- Coordinate with back offices outside Canada - share inputs, manage staffing needs, workload allocation, follow-up on delivery status, interact with customer and suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure deliverables on quality, on time and on budget.
- Experience in new product development, qualification, and certification of systems
- Have experience in Pneumatic, anti-ice and pneumatic systems
- You have strong knowledge of aircraft systems and able to use common sense in your daily activities.
- Act as an onsite focal point between the client and remote team
- Have Experience in technical deliverable management with strong focus on schedule follow-up, highlight risks and propose solutions to ensure timely delivery with quality
- Client-focus and take ownership on deliverables
- Experience in project management, front/back office coordination. Certification in project management is a plus
- Have the ability to make solidified and accurate decisions exercising good judgment skills.
- Have the ability to multitask and to be flexible to change tasks with little or no notice
- Have exceptional organizational abilities and process strong computer skills.
- You are an excellent communicator, with strong ??people?? skills.
- To be fluent in both English and French (spoken and written)

**Salary**: $60.00-$75.00 per hour
