**Fit Advisor**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Fit Advisor to join our team.

**A day in the life of a Fit Advisor**

Everyone wants that Cinderella moment where they are suddenly in love with what they are wearing - in this role you will get the opportunity to make those dreams come true.

Your role will also include:

- Introducing customers to the world of 3D body scanning technology
- Providing sincere and confident feedback to customers about style and fit
- Building long-lasting relationships with customers
- Growing sales by opening new customer rewards accounts, we call them Needle Points
- Striving to exceed store sales goals

A successful Fit Advisor will be:

- Outgoing and warm, with a professional demeanor, a great listener and an even better communicator.
- Comfortable having a dialogue with customers on all the possibilities with their new purchase or those that are hidden in their existing wardrobe.
- Ability to advise Customers on the best fit or product to complete their garments
- Committed to ensuring every single customer walks away with confidence knowing that their clothing fits, feels and looks great.

- Have Fitting, Fashion or Alterations experience (or excitement to learn)
