**Job Details**:

- Wage range is $20.50 - $24.00 per hour (wage could be scaled based on experience)
- We provide Customer Care six days a week; this position will include afternoon shifts (9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.) and might include some Saturdays (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)

**Essential**:

- Completion of Grade 12
- Minimum two years of experience providing customer care in a retail or wholesale business
- A passion for helping customers and creating a positive experience
- Ability to work effectively and problem solve within a team
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced and fun work environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

**Desirable**:

- Bilingual (English and French) written and verbal communication skills
