Live-in Manager for Dog Daycare

Prudent Paws is looking for a dedicated and dog-loving individual to join our team as a Live-In Manager. This unique role allows you to live on-site at our facility, where you’ll manage day-to-day operations, provide exceptional care for our furry clients, and enjoy a comfortable living space in downtown Toronto. Compensation Package:
This is a unique compensation package that includes:

Role Responsibilities:
Animal Care: Oversee the safety, health, and well-being of the dogs in daycare and boarding.

Customer Service: Communicate with clients regarding their dogs and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Facilities Maintenance: Conduct daily cleaning and upkeep of the daycare and boarding areas to maintain a safe, clean environment.

Administrative Support: Assist with client inquiries, and maintain necessary records.

What We’re Looking For:
Animal Experience: Prior experience with dogs, ideally in a daycare or boarding setting is required.

Reliability and Accountability: Ability to take initiative and maintain the facility’s high standards.

Certification: Dog First Aid certification is mandatory

Tech Requirements: A smartphone for business-related communication is necessary, though specific model requirements have been relaxed.

Commitment: Must be 21 years or older due to the nature of responsibilities involved.

Work-Life Balance:
We understand the importance of downtime. Although this is a live-in role, we’ll work with you to ensure regular breaks and provide occasional time off as needed.
