Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients to the dental office
- Schedule and confirm appointments using dental software
- Manage patient records and electronic medical records (EMR)
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to appropriate staff
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims processing
- Collect and process payments from patients
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Working chairside with Dentist
- Taking x-rays

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a dental office or medical office setting
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
