**Car Rental Agent**

U-Drive Car Rental is looking for a highly motivated part-time **Rental Agent **for the Sargent location.

**The Position**:

- Creating reservations, opening and closing rental agreements.
- Checking customers' identification and driver's license.
- Shuttling customers to rental locations.
- Handling monetary payments, assigning vehicles and offering customers additional services.
- Explaining the controls of the rental cars to customers and provide them with directions and tourist information when necessary.
- Noting any car problems encountered by customers and follow up with appropriate action.
- Washing, wiping, vacuuming, polishing vehicle interior and exteriors.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, good judgment and problem-solving skills.
- A valid driver's license.
- The ability to multi-task and able to work well with others in a busy environment.
- Flexibility in terms of availability, must be available Saturday and Sunday 8am-5pm.
- Thrives working under pressure and with minimum supervision.
- And most importantly be a professional business-minded individual.

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 3 years (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers License (Class 5) (required)
