**Job Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Admin/ Bookkeeper to join our team. The Sales Associate/Bookkeeper will play a key role in supporting daily operations, assisting customers, and managing administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative environment and is passionate about flowers, customer service, and sales.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone, providing product recommendations and taking orders for floral arrangements and gifts.
- Process sales transactions using Quickbooks.
- Maintain and update customer records in our database.
- Answer customer inquiries about store products, services, and delivery options.
- Support inventory management, including restocking shelves and tracking supplies.
- Assist in creating floral arrangements for display and delivery, based on customer preferences.
- Handle administrative duties such as filing, organizing invoices, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate deliveries and manage customer delivery requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring displays are attractive and well-maintained.
- Assist with marketing and promotional efforts to attract new customers.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Quickbooks or similar software.
- A passion for flowers, design, and customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Please note the location is Downtown Calgary; there is no parking available.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred)
- QuickBooks Desktop: 1 year (preferred)
