**Inventory Controller**
We are currently hiring a full-time Inventory Controller for our Bayside Distribution Warehouse.
As the Inventory Controller, you will be a part of the team that is responsible for the proper flow of our product and processes through the warehouse. From receiving, selecting to shipping, you will learn how to manage our systems and maximize operational efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Be oriented towards the well-being of others and their safety.
- Eagerness to learn about our operations. Our controllers are skilled in many components, and are expected to participate in cross-training.
- Being proficient in the use computers is an asset, as we work with several systems and reporting tools. A full training session would still be provided.
- Ability to multitask and be flexible, prioritizing what needs to be done at any given time.
- Ability to work under pressure with strict time frames.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
- Must be a self-starter, with strong self-motivation.
- Must be able to work independently in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years warehouse/yard experience.
- License to operate forklift and any other material handling equipment is an asset.
**Responsibilities**
- Audit material and documentation for accuracy
- Work closely with warehouse associates to achieve quality goals
- Supporting the workload daily and working together with the warehouse supervisor and team
- Warehouse location management
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
- Monitor inventory levels of product
- Operate a forklift
- Perform other duties as required
