**Position Overview**:
Take part in, and oversee the collection, processing, packaging and shipment of Government Supplied Material (GSM) such that it can be inducted into the Cormorant Mid Life Upgrade (CMLU) program.

**What You Will Do**:

- Lead a team of Stores Controllers in identifying and processing components to be used in the CMLU program;
- Report to the CSH Warehouse Manager and comply with CSH material departmental processes and procedures;
- Take day-to-day direction from the GSM Project Manager for prioritization of tasks;
- Monitor material system transactions and documents for accuracy and compliance with CSH processes and procedures;
- Training and orientation of personnel on procedures and processes;
- Working with Material Coordinators and buyers to ensure efficient throughput of components and documents;
- Monitor performance targets to maintain department key performance indicators;
- Managing company and customer owned assets including inventory and ground support equipment;
- Responsible for the supervision and administrative action pertaining to assigned personnel;
- Approval of time-off ensuring staff available to meet requirements
- Monitoring workload for assigned Stores Controllers
- Other tasks as directed.

**What You Will Bring**:

- Minimum Grade twelve diploma (university education preferred)
- 3-5 years’ experience in Warehouse operations;
- Experience in the use of MRP/ERP Systems;
- Effective time and people management skills, excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work within a deadline driven environment.
- Require an analytical, self-starter, task oriented, team player with a positive outlook.

- Demonstrate a personal commitment to IMP Occupational Health, Safety and Environment policies. Continually focusing on your individual safety and the safety of others who may be affected by your work and to fully comply with all Federal Health and Safety Legislation.
- Must be eligible to meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Secret Level II Security Clearance through PSPC- Contract Security Program, and Transport Canada RAIC clearance.
