**Your Role: Controller**

Do you dream in spreadsheets? Get oddly excited about month-end close? Thrive on solving messy accounting puzzles while leading an amazing team?

Northern Road Auto Group is shifting into high gear—and we need a **Controller** who’s as passionate about clean books as we are about clean cars.

**Your Role in the Driver’s Seat**
- Take full ownership of our accounting operations.
- Lead the charge on financial reporting, payroll, vendor payments, tax prep, and month-end madness.
- Champion continuous improvement—optimize systems, improve processes, and future-proof our controllership function.
- Mentor and empower a finance team that runs like a well-oiled machine.
- Be the go-to expert for external auditors, internal controls, and all things compliance.
- Monitor cash flow, floorplans, and the flow of financial data.
- Keep us in line with all federal, provincial, and municipal regulations—with style.
- Other duties as assigned.

**You’re a Great Fit If You Have**:

- A post-secondary degree in Accounting, Business Admin, or similar field.
- CPA preferred (but we’re open to greatness in all forms).
- 5+ years running the controllership show—ideally in a fast-paced, multi-entity and/or dealership environment.
- Wizard-level skills in Excel and accounting/payroll software.
- Strong eye for detail and high-level thinking to match.
- A natural leader who communicates like a pro and collaborates across departments.
- Bonus points if you’ve ever led an accounting process redesign, survived an audit without caffeine, or automated spreadsheets just for fun.
