**Position Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Internal Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at building lasting relationships. As an Internal Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional outcomes through collaboration, effective communication, and strategic sales initiatives. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, foster relationships, and inspire both individuals and teams will be key to achieving success in this role.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.
- Lead conversations with enthusiasm, persuasive communication, and alignment with company objectives to secure stakeholder commitment.
- Manage multiple sales projects and opportunities simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Assess client needs quickly and adapt strategies to meet project goals and deadlines.

- Influence stakeholders by aligning individual needs with organizational objectives.

- Understand client energy needs, positioning 360 Energy as the preferred solution provider.
- Effectively communicate and demonstrate the unique value of 360 Energy’s solutions during client interactions.
- Analyze client portfolios to identify sales opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.
- Provide strategic insights to the management team on market trends and emerging business opportunities.
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and consistent follow-ups.
- Develop and execute a business growth strategy aimed at attracting new clients and exploring new revenue streams.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Insightly, Constant Contact, PandaDoc, and Apollo.
- Efficient typing skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to assist with government proposals, grants, funding opportunities, and requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to track projects, monitor progress, and meet deadlines.
- Confidence interacting with all levels of an organization.
- Ability to distill key points into succinct communication.
- Experience supporting a deadline-driven team.
- Knowledge of energy or carbon management services is preferred but not required.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent industry experience.
