Set an example of and promotes high quality, friendly and cooperative relationship with guests, Lift teams, and all Resort staff - Deal with all ticket related issues, including but not limited to ticket or pass fraud - Schedule reports on the effectiveness of the Lift operation - Responsible for startup/shut down of all lifts and attractions - Ensure proper and complete documentation of the day to day lift operations - Liaising with payroll for Kronos updates and employee pay issues - Assist the Lift Manager in the production of seasonal plans/budgets **WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?** - Two or more years of previous lift experience - Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office programs - Avid Ski/Snowboarder - Valid Class "G" License and satisfactory driver's abstract **AUTHENTICITY | EMPOWERMENT | COLLABORATION | PURPOSE** **BLUE MOUNTAIN RESORT COMPANY OVERVIEW** Blue Mountain Resort is Ontario's largest mountain resort.
