Mississauga, Canada GAP Wireless Full time

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the **Warehouse Associate** will fulfill the logistics behind receiving product, picking orders, processing, and storing inventory according to purchase orders and company policy. This is a day shift with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
- Embark merchandise in delivery trucks using appropriate tools
- Accommodate and carefully handle fragile merchandise
- Label and stockpile merchandise according to size, shape, and type
- Box, wrap and pack merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standards
- Pick and prepare all orders for shipment in an accurate & time efficient manner
- Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items
- Operate adequate merchandise management tools (for example, forklift)
- Inspect products for defects and damages
- Report to management when defective products are discovered
- Process and document returned goods
- Cut, spool, test cable and prepare for shipment as per company guidelines
- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
- Monitor warehouse supplies level and submit supply orders when required
- Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
- Follow and adhere to all safe work practices
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications/Requirements**
**- **6 months warehouse, logistics, retail, or customer service experience
- Knowledge and expertise using Order Software - SAP Business One is preferred
- Microsoft Office products
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Two Years Forklift experience - Re-certification will be provided on site
- Ability to work to meet deadlines and multiple demands

**Salary**: $15.00-$29.22 per hour
