We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate who is willing to help our office operate effectively to ensure our inventory and customer are taken care of to their highest ability. We are a rapidly growing industrial apparel decorating machine & supplies distribution company with 6 locations across Canada.
- Position Overview: _

As Warehouse Associate - Ontario, you will be required to handle the day-to-day activities at our Mississauga office ensuring smooth, efficient business processes and functions. The role requires exceptional time management skills, good communication abilities, and an understanding of task-tracking and project management approaches.
- Duties of Warehouse Associate include: _
- Picking, packing and shipping orders
- Leading the management of daily warehouse operational activities.
- Performing basic warehouse administrative tasks, answering phones, inputting orders, invoicing orders, etc.
- Organizing warehouse to ensure ease of locating product and cleanliness
- Keep inventory up to date by notifying purchasing of low inventory/expiry dates
- Always ensure a clean and safe work environment
- Record shipment data, including weight, charges, and space availability
- Report damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement, and record-keeping purposes
- Managing internal and external customer relations
- Support all sales efforts by participating in machine demos, customers meetings, and sales visits when advised.
- Participate in sales projects, open houses, and tradeshows
- Oversee the movement of inventory, ensuring accuracy of stock levels and participate in the strategic planning of replenishment levels.
- Potentially control all inventory purchasing and allocation across the country.
- Perform other job functions as required.
- Requirements of the role: _

Possess a valid Ontario driver’s license

Preferred forklift experience (Will provide license/renewal if needed)

Warehousing and inventory replenishment experience

Ability to work on feet and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs

Ability to learn quickly and demonstrated multi-tasking capabilities

Strong organization and people relations skills in a diverse environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
