**Position: Sales and Customer Service Representative**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Maintain and update customer records.
- Resolve issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Uphold a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
