**What YOU Will Do**
- Open new projects in the accounting system and ensure the information is complete;
- Create new cost codes and categories;
- Ensure the phases codes are setup according to the master code list;
- Collaborate with the project team to establish the budget structure;
- Analyze the monthly forecasts received from the project teams;
- Train new employees on tools and procedures of cost control;
- Participate in the new development initiatives concerning cost controls;
- Prepare the monthly numbers destinated to the financial statements;
- Understand and validate profit variance and new revenue opportunities;
- Budget analysis and cost monitoring of specific projects;
- Develop and implement of tools to streamline workflow and meet strategic goals;
- Participate to the elaboration of the cost structure and the billing format;
- Produce various financial reports (monthly and quaterly);
- Complete the reporting required for the year end external audit;
- Work closely with the cost control team in St. Georges;
- Daily support to the project teams concerning accounting;
- Offer a regional service that respects the company wide standards.

**What YOU Will Bring**
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting sciences, management, business administration or finance;
- Have 1 to 3 years of accounting experience;
- Strong communication skills (bilingual asset) - liaison with Saint-Georges; Project Team; Senior Management;
- Have in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
- High attention to detail;
- Be analytical and have the ability to synthesize information;
- Strong ability to multi-task, able re-evaluate and shift priorities;
- Demonstrate initiative, leadership, professionalism and judgment.
