As we grow, we seek a highly organized and proactive **Project Coordinator** to join our team.

**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Following a project through from sales to final payment
- Setting the jobs up in our system and ensuring handovers are done completely and accurately
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, flagging potential risks early.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and permits.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Resolve issues promptly and efficiently in collaboration with the team.

**Qualifications**
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in the use of technology.
- Understanding the basics of book keeping / accounting

**Nice to have experience**
- Proven experience in construction coordination, project management, or related roles.
- Knowledge of construction processes, permits, and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
